Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
Production takes about 5 working days. Shipping comes on top: Germany and Austria 3–6 working days, rest of the EU 4–8 working days, Türkiye 1–3 working days.
Will I pay customs or taxes?
We ship from Türkiye. Deliveries to the EU may be subject to import charges such as import VAT. These are paid by the customer.
Can I order just one pair?
Yes, every design is available from 1 pair.
Which sizes are available?
From 35 to 50, as double sizes: 35-36, 37-38 and so on up to 49-50.
What is the difference between embossing and pad print?
Embossing sits raised on the strap, inside the dashed area in the editor. Pad print is printed on the sole in the heel area. You can combine both.
